Who will be will be the speaker for the online workshop "Finding Light in the Darkness" - Charmaine Pang
Charmaine graduated from the National University of Singapore with a
Bachelor's degree with Honours (Distinction) in Social Work, and has
over 5 years of experience as a social worker.
With her dedicated commitment to the field, Charmaine has spent many
years working with individuals facing challenging life circumstances.
She has witnessed and supported in addressing issues such as family
violence, parent-child relationships, and mental health.
Her work primarily involves counseling support and working with individuals and families.
Charmaine says: "When we talk about 'healing,' it can seem like a very
big word and difficult thing to do. But actually, 'healing' can start
simply from taking care of ourselves and remembering to be kind and
compassionate to ourselves and those around us. Being able to find a
safe space to share our worries and feelings and engaging in activities
that remind us to rest and take care of ourselves, will build our
internal resilience and empower us to reach out to those around us. I
hope that participants who join us, will be able to use the space to
take care of yourselves, even though the time is short."
To further understand the topic and engage in discussions with experts
in psychology and social work, Tea Talk Vietnam & CoRE invite you to
